FOWA Rescue is an all volunteer private rescue group that fosters animals out of our homes. Volunteer opportunities include fostering cats and dogs, fundraising, and humane education. We are not affiliated with a municipal shelter or have a building.

Please be advised that filling out and returning this questionnaire does not constitute a guarantee that you will be contacted further regarding fostering a pet. FOWA reserves the right to qualify and/or disqualify a foster home at any time.
Also be advised that FOWA will ask you to sign a foster contract upon approval of your home in which you will waive liability for any injury or damage which may be caused by fostering a pet(s).
